COJALI PARTS LAUNCHES A NEW GENERATION OF CLUTCH SERVOS WITH AN IMPROVED DESIGN TO ENSURE OPTIMAL PERFORMANCE AND INCREASED DURABILITY.

In recent years, environmental conservation and the search for sustainability have become key factors in the company philosophy of Cojali S. L. For this reason, Cojali Parts, our benchmark brand in the market of technological components for commercial vehicles, focuses its efforts on designing and manufacturing components that offer optimum performance and the greatest possible durability. 

This goal, together with the wide expertise of Cojali Parts in the design, development and manufacture of components and technology for the industrial automotive sector, has led us to perfect and launch a new generation of two of our star clutch servos: ref. 2250317 (AD. 9701500080) and ref. 2250319 (AD. 9701500010).

It should be noted that all our products undergo comprehensive and demanding quality processes. In particular, an automatic test bench, designed by Cojali Parts, is used for the clutch servos, which allows their testing in an individual and exhaustive way and guarantees their correct operation, as well as an extension of their useful life. 

The improvements to these clutch servos include:

1. Improved sealing to ensure no leakage.

2. Greater homogenisation of the rod force during its actuation.

3. Improved response time to ensure instantaneous gear shifting.

4. Optimal clutch actuation, reducing wear of clutch plates.

5. More accurate position sensor.
