The Spanish president visits Cojali

The Spanish president, Mariano Rajoy, has visited the facilities of Cojali Group where he has observed first-hand the young and experienced human team composing our company.

During the visit, guided by Mr. Venancio Alberca (General Manager of Cojali Group) and other executive managers of the Company, the president has been accompanied by the Secretary General of the Partido Popular, María Dolores de Cospedal, the Mayor of Campo de Criptana, Antonio Lucas-Torres and a wide number of politicians.

Venancio Alberca has explained the production lines of Cojali, starting with the quality department and the testing of cooling systems, demonstrating the magnitude of the products manufactured in these facilities.

Right after, the Spanish president has talked to the employees working in the production lines related to fan clutches electronically controlled and braking systems. The workers have explained each one of the procedures designed to achieve the quality product offered by Cojali.

Later, he has shown a keen interest in the engineering department, talking to some of the more than 150 young engineers who support R,D&I (research, development and innovation) department and who have informed him about the latest innovations of Jaltest in its different sections: diagnosis, remote diagnosis and telematics.

Visiting the different offices, he has wanted to know the news about the electronic control units for braking systems manufactured by Cojali, the e-ABS, and some other projects in progress that are placing this company at the highest level in electronics.

Finally, he has shared a classroom with Jaltest training department, where 11 mechanics, from different Spanish workshops, were taking a training course. They all performed diagnosis with Jaltest device in one of the vehicles of the classroom and the president could hear about the students’ opinions during these training courses.

There is no better way to finish than with a family picture, all the personnel of Cojali Group, around 400 people, with the Spanish president, to officially say goodbye to Mariano Rajoy, with an applause of gratitude, from this company that has proven that 25 years is nothing, but it’s enough to have an experienced personnel and product unique in the world.
