Cojali & Al-Kadi strengthen their strategic partnership with an Exclusive Distribution Agreement

Cojali and Al-Kadi Commerce & Industry Co have joined forces to strengthen the distribution of Cojali Parts solutions across Saudi Arabia and the GCC market. 

Cojali S. L., a leading Spanish company specialising in components and technological solutions for the industrial automotive sector, and Al-Kadi Commerce & Industry Co, a well-established Saudi company with a strong presence and extensive distribution network across the Kingdom and the GCC region, are pleased to announce their Exclusive Distribution Agreement.

This strategic partnership represents an important step in Cojali Parts’ commitment to bringing its products, technology and expertise closer to customers throughout the region.

With more than 15,000 references compatible with the main European commercial vehicle brands, the Cojali Parts range includes solutions for air brake and suspension systems, electronic and electric components, cooling systems and other key vehicle applications.

Through this agreement, Al-Kadi will support the distribution of the complete Cojali Parts range across Saudi Arabia and the GCC market, leveraging its market knowledge, established customer network and distribution capabilities.

A partnership built on trust

The agreement is the result of a relationship that has been developed progressively over the past year.

In September 2025, Dr. Faisal bin Ahmed Al-Kadi, Managing Director & CEO of Al-Kadi Commerce & Industry Co, visited Cojali’s facilities in Campo de Criptana, Spain, where he had the opportunity to see first-hand Cojali’s manufacturing and testing processes and the quality standards applied to its products.

One month later, José Ramón Serrano, Chief Business Officer of Cojali, and Miguel Villahermosa, Middle East Sales Executive of Cojali, visited Al-Kadi’s headquarters in Dammam. The visit provided a valuable insight into Al-Kadi’s operations, distribution capabilities and strong position in the Saudi market.

The partnership reached a major milestone at Automechanika Frankfurt 2026, where the senior management teams of both companies met to review the progress made and officially sign the partnership agreement.
