The height sensors are installed in the suspension system of commercial vehicles and have an essential function: to inform the suspension ECU of the distance between the chassis and the road.

With this information, the ECU sends the necessary signals to maintain a predefined driving height, regardless of the load. The result: more stability, better dynamic behaviour and safer driving.

The evolution of these components goes from potentiometric or inductive sensors to sensors with Hall effect technology.
